Property Condition Report
Completing an annual condition report is a MUST! Depending on what form of management you choose, this may already be included. Our team of professionals handle the tasks associated with short-term holiday rental on your behalf, this includes guest communication, booking management, cleaning, marketing, promotion and more. We maximise your earnings, while eliminating stress and ensuring you save more time for the things that matter.
Getaway Property Management use a registered trust account to receipt all guest and owner funds. Our trust account is audited annually lodged with Consumer affairs Victoria.
Guests book with confidence knowing their funds are in safe hands, Owners know they will be paid for every booking with an emailed statement of how funds have been distributed. Clear and concise for all.
Your property manager will provide you with your own individual log in and password to our system. This will allow you to log in to our portal anytime to block out dates you would like to use the property. Using this system will ensure guests can not book at block out periods.
To ensure your earning are maximised, we perform detailed analyst of comparable properties in your area. We then utilise dynamic pricing to adjust the rate to account for fluctuations in demand and seasonal factors. The result: you earn more
Once your membership has been finalised our team will organise for a professional photographer to visit the property within 7 days.
You also have the option to supply your own photography, however they must meet a level of professionalism.
During super peak Getaway Property management engage local security to drive past your property and ensure that everything is in order. We also have cleaners and property teams that live local, so your property is checked on a regular basis. (security not available all locations – for more information contact Getaway PM)
