Your booking commences at 2pm on the confirmed date of arrival, you will be notified according with a pre-check in message from our team. Earlier check-in times require approval on a case to case basis and are determined by the schedule of the cleaning team.
Once you have booked and secured your reservations, all details will be emailed to your nominated email address, this includes property location, check-in details and key location. Should you have any questions about locating the property, please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly team.
All our properties are equipped with essential supplies as standard, these include toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing detergent and soap, this is in addition to basic pantry items such as tea, coffee, and salt & pepper. Our selected deluxe properties do include additional luxury items and welcome packs.
While not all properties our pet friendly, we do have a range of nominated pet friendly properties that can be located using our search feature. These properties pertain to one pet(cat or dog). should you wish to bring additional pets during your stay, please consult with our team.
Getaway maintains a strict no part policy at our properties. This is to ensure the safety and security of both the property and guests. We maintain a 24/7 security patrol to safeguard this policy.
All our properties maintain a full linen service unless otherwise specified, you are also welcome to use your own linen during your stay.
