Once we have a signed management agreement, professional photography will take place within 7 days.

Getaway Property Management employees are all experts in their field. We pride ourselves on providing training to all staff.

Your property manager will provide you with your own individual log in and password to our system. This will allow you to log in to our portal anytime to block out dates you would like to use the property. Using this system will ensure guests can not book at block out periods.

Simply log into your owner portal and cancel your booking. This will open up the availability to prospective guests across all booking platforms.

Accounting

Your nightly Tariff for all seasons will be agreed upon at time of listing.

Owners are paid once per month. We make the payment to owners once all trades and cleaning invoices have been accepted in the system by our accounts team. Owner payment should appear in your bank account within 10 business days after end of month.

Owner statements will be uploaded to your owner portal at this time.

If you are on our Exclusive OR Deluxe Management plan Getaway will manage all your cleaning invoices. You will see these both in your owner portal and on your end of month statement.

Listing

Yes, of course. Statements are uploaded to your owner portal and end of month. End of financial year reports are uploaded once roll over has occurred.

If you are on our Exclusive OR Deluxe Management plan, your property will be checked by a Getaway contractor OR team member.

All guests must report damage to our office within 24 hours of it occurring. Our team will contact you immediately if your property has been damaged in anyway.

We will then put in place the necessary plans to have the damages repaired and manage guest claims.
