Relax in the naturally light filled formal lounge, incorporating a cosy leather lounge suite, wide screen TV, gas fireplace, and direct access to the north facing balcony and outdoor living. The bedrooms and bathrooms: This property is fabulous for 3-4 families to escape to the seaside, sleeping up to 18 guests in 5 bedrooms. The ideal kids’ room has 2 triple bunks, sleeping 10 in total. Each bunk comprises 2 double beds and a single on top. There are 2 queen bedrooms, each with built in robes, while the 4th bedroom on the ground floor has a king size bed which can be split into 2 king singles. The queen size master bedroom with ensuite is upstairs, with a separate powder room. The family bathroom and 3rd toilet are both downstairs.

Outside: Absolute prime position located just metres away from beautiful family friendly Tyrone beach, the boat ramp, and the coastal walking track. Landscaped gardens feature mature fruit trees, green lawns, outdoor dining, and a gas BBQ.
