There is a central bathroom with a separate toilet, plus a laundry available for guest use.
Outside guests will find a gas BBQ and table seating in the fully fenced rear garden. The best of the peninsula’s attractions are just moments away, including world class wineries and golf courses, both bay and ocean beaches, national parks and walking tracks, and an abundance of trendy cafes and bars. There is off street parking for cars. Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.
