This near new family holiday home features a spacious modern kitchen, complete with 900mm 5 burner gas hotplates, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, butlers’ pantry, and 8 seat dining table. The family friendly open floor plan incorporates a central lounge with a large corner suite, smart TV, and central heating throughout. Direct access to the outdoor undercover dining and BBQ area, and a fully fenced rear yard for kids to explore. There is a second living/playroom, ideal as a children retreat area.

The bedrooms and bathrooms.

Five bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, making this property ideal for 2-3 families to share. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed and a full ensuite. There is a second queen bedroom with a TV, plus 3 bedrooms with single bunk beds. The family bathroom features a separate bath and shower, and a separate toilet.

Outside.

The perfect family getaway, with so much on offer right at your doorstep. There is loads of play equipment in the backyard for children, and the huge Eildon swimming pool is directly across the street. Park the boat or jet ski securely offroad, and if you’re not out on fabulous lake Eildon there is so much to see and do in the region. Note; Pool is open late November until March
