The kitchen and living room.

Spacious open plan living featuring relaxed lounging, a smart TV, a gas space heater, split system AC and easy access to the expansive front deck and BBQ area. A well-equipped contemporary kitchen offers gas hotplate’s, electric wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, ample bench space, and an adjoining dining area. The second living area is ideal for kids to enjoy their own TV space, together with split AC and a double sofa bed.

The bedrooms and bathrooms.

Three well-appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, making this an ideal getaway for 2 families to enjoy. The master bedroom features a king size bed with an ensuite, a 2nd queen size bedroom, and a 3rd bedroom sleeping 4 guests in a double bed and single bunk beds. The family bathroom offers a separate bath and shower, and a separate toilet. There is a double sofa bed available upon request.

Outside.

This delightful coastal holiday home features relaxed and stylish outdoor living and dining, complete with cosy lounges, a gas BBQ, umbrella shade, and elevated views across the surrounding native trees. There is a hot water outdoor shower for beach days, a single garage and nature strip parking, plus an undercover outdoor table tennis table. The best of the peninsula is just minutes away, including the hot springs, world class golf courses and wineries, stunning bay and ocean beaches, and an abundance of national park walking trails.

Strictly No parties

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.   This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
