The master bedroom offers a queen bed, ensuite, TV and a private balcony with park views. There is a second queen bedroom, while the 3rd bedroom has 2 king single beds. Each room has ceiling fans and clothes hanging space. The spacious family bathroom offers a separate bath and shower and there is a 3rd toilet downstairs.

Outside. Easy access to the best of Melbourne with number 70 tram route along Riversdale Road at the end of the street. Take the tram to the best of Melbourne’s sporting events, the CBD’s cosmopolitan restaurants, or vibrant Camberwell. The beautiful South Surrey Park is next door, ideal for kids to play and explore. A very private courtyard includes outdoor seating and a weber BBQ. The local shops (on Through Road) are within walking distance through the park or along Riversdale Road. The small strip of shops includes an IGA, chemist, and a couple of nice coffee shops. Carparking for 2 cars in the double garage, plus additional street parking.
