The coastal ambience incorporates open plan living and dining, with direct balcony access, and sunset views across the beach. Relax in a cosy leather lounge, complete with split system AC, a large smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a gentle sea breeze when the balcony doors are open. The kitchen and living areas are on the top level.
The bedrooms and bathrooms. Three beautiful bedrooms on the ground level are designed to accommodate up to 8 guests. The luxury master bedroom has a queen size bed, built in robes, split system AC and a private ensuite. The second and third bedrooms are ideal for couples or kids to stay in tri-bunks. (Single bed over a double). Each room has BIR’s, and split AC. The family bathroom is also on the ground level, while a third toilet is located upstairs.
Outside. Absolute prime position located just metres away from the stunning Rye beaches and the coastal walking track. Single garage with internal access, plus driveway parking for a second car. Wine, dine & BBQ on the balcony, or just leave the cars at home and walk to a selection of local cafés and restaurants.
