Outside. Amazing outdoor living, privately tucked away behind secure front gates. Enjoy outdoor BBQs and family dining, overlooking the beautiful electric heated pool and surrounding gardens. Secure parking for 2-3 cars, or 2 cars and a boat. The rear courtyard has an undercover pool table. Located within easy walking distance to the beach, Main St Mornington, and the foreshore walking track.

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
