The house offers 4 well-appointed bedrooms, providing ample space for family and friends. The master bedroom features a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom, split AC and TV. There is another queen room with AC, and 2 rooms with tri bunks, one with a TV and AC.

The fully enclosed backyard offers a private haven where guests can relax and enjoy the outdoors, while kids play securely. The Mornington Peninsula is home to world class wineries and 9 of Australia’s top 50 golf courses. The peninsula hot springs are located just a few minutes away, together with family friendly beaches, spectacular surf beaches, and an abundance of national parklands.
