The kitchen is well-equipped with gas hot plates, an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a 5-seat dining table. Inside, the cozy lounge boasts comfy couches, a gas log fire, a variety of board games, and a wide-screen TV for family movie nights.

The fully fenced backyard is a kid’s paradise, complete with swings, a trampoline, a cricket set, footy and soccer balls, tennis rackets, and a volleyball net. Secure parking is available behind the gated carport.
