The Kitchen and Living area: Entry is via your own secure lock up garage which leads to small sitting room with sofa bed complete with games, books, a second Tv, a petite yet very functional grassed outdoor area complete with a Bbq area and table and chairs to accommodate 2 guests. Upstairs is a stylish coastal living room and a B&B style kitchenette with a B&B style kitchenette offering a bar fridge, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster and a small dining table. The natural light filled living room provides cosy couches and a wide screen Tv. This air conditioned fully furnished apartment is perfect for a relaxing couples getaway or a family break.

The Bedrooms: There is one queen sized bedroom located upstairs with a built in robe and modern ensuite bathroom with separate shower while the toilet is located in the bathroom. There is a second bedroom located downstairs acting as a couple's or parent's retreat with 2 single beds.

Enjoy the intimate garden space to relax and unwind, just a short 5 minute walk to the golden shores of the Mornington beaches, close to public transport, all amenities and local attractions. Seaside Escape is complete with Fishing Rods, a bicycle, Wifi and Netflix.
