Three spacious bedrooms, an additional double sofa in the lounge, together with a powder room and 2 bathrooms including an ensuite to the master, comfortably provide for 10 guests. This is an ideal townhouse for 2-3 families to enjoy and share a coastal getaway.

The fully fenced rear yard is secure for young children and there is off street parking for 2 cars. Dromana is a vibrant township, popular for family friendly beaches, the local pier, an award-winning IGA store with amazing food selections, and an abundance of trendy cafes and restaurants. Championship golf courses, world class wineries, loads of national parkland, and the Peninsula Hot Springs are all within easy access.
