The Kitchen and Living room: Flooded with natural light, the open plan living area with a large wall mounted television affords a great space for family and friends to gather. Well appointed, the kitchen features electric cooking, coffee machine, and contains all the pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc you will need to self cater.
The Bedrooms: Two good sized bedrooms sleep 5 guests with ease. One with a queen sized bed and the second with a Tri-bunk bed and are serviced by a central bathroom and separate toilet. With reverse cycle cooling and heating, year round comfort is assured.
Outside you will find a secure courtyard with BBQ and outdoor seating to catch the sun and watch the children play. Step across the road to beautiful family friendly Rye foreshore or stroll on the pier just metres away. Remote garage parking for the jet ski and/or cars.
Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.
