Spacious, fully equipped Austrian country style kitchen, adjoining the cosy living and dining spaces, while smoothly transitioning to the sprawling alfresco style deck. Cosy up by the Coonara fire in the main lounge room (wood supplied) and select from both indoor and outdoor dining choices.

Private hotel style bedroom, featuring a queen bed with electric blanket, electric heating, a spa ensuite, and private balcony access. There is a bar fridge, tea and coffee facilities, and a TV with free to air channels.

Northway Downs Estate is a family-owned vineyard, established in 1996, specialising in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and more recently, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc. The gorgeous farmhouse is perfect for a romantic getaway, a private retreat, or a wedding party preparation with a spectacular photographic backdrop. Guests are welcome to explore the vineyard trails (the vines are out of bounds), picnic by the beautiful wetlands, or stroll through the adjoining Christmas tree farm. Guests are welcome to use the tennis court (BYO rackets). There is ample guest parking available. Please note that due to wetlands and external electric fences, the property is not suitable for children.
Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.
This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
