Three bedrooms and a family bathroom comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. There are 2 queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. The family bathroom offers a separate bath and shower, and the toilet is separate.

The fully fenced back yard is ideal for kids to play securely. Off street parking for 2 vehicles, including a single lock up garage (ideal for a jet ski!) and a bus stop at the front door! The location is central to the best of the peninsula. Bring your bikes and follow the off-road foreshore walking track for miles in each direction. Rosebud has loads of shops, eateries, a cinema, and great golf courses. The peninsula hot springs and ocean beaches are just a short drive away.
