The adjoining open-plan living room exudes a relaxed holiday vibe, complemented by cozy gas heating and evaporative cooling to ensure comfort throughout the home.

Accommodating up to six guests, the home includes three well-appointed bedrooms: two with queen-sized beds and one with two single beds. The family bathroom features both a separate bath and shower, with an additional separate toilet for convenience.

Outside, the fully fenced backyard provides a secure space for children to play, while off-street parking accommodates two vehicles. The single lock-up garage is ideal for storing a jet ski. With a bus stop right at the front door, you'll enjoy easy access to the best of the peninsula. Bring your bikes to explore the scenic off-road foreshore walking track that stretches for miles in each direction.
