The kitchen and living room. Fabulous open plan living, featuring a timber kitchen with electric cooktop and oven, Miele dishwasher, microwave, a breakfast bench, and a 6-seat dining table. Cosy up in the adjoining lounge room, while relaxing in the comfort of leather lounges and split system heating and cooling. The spacious dining table seats 8 guests, accompanied by the sound and sight of the ocean.
The bedrooms and bathrooms. Westernport Lookout is ideal for 2 families. The bedrooms include 2 queen size rooms, another with tri bunks, and 2 x single beds in the 4th bedroom. Each room has cosy oil heating plus built-in robes. The main bathroom offers a shower over the bath, a vanity & toilet, while the second bathroom has a shower, vanity & separate toilet.
The property is set in one of Victoria’s most stunning coastal locations. The historical township and local hotel are within walking distance, together with the local beach, Flinders pier, and many beautiful walking trails. The local golf course has spectacular views across Bass Strait and is the oldest course on the Peninsula. The interior living has direct access to a large balcony, complete with outdoor dining, a gas BBQ, and those views! Ample space for cars, boats, and jet skis to park.
