Perfectly positioned in a quiet tree lined street with casual walking distance to local shops, cafes, and beautiful beaches.

The kitchen and living room. A welcoming, recently updated getaway, featuring fabulous open plan living, complimented with split system AC, a cosy leather corner suite lounge, and solid timber floors. The outdoor living includes a private rear deck with comfortable lounges and a weber BBQ, plus a charming front veranda for morning coffees. The modern kitchen features ample bench space, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooking, an island bench, and an adjoining 6 seat dining area. The bedrooms and bathrooms. Four beautifully presented bedrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests. There are 2 queen size bedrooms, including an ensuite to the master bedroom, the second bedroom sleeps 4 guests in tri bunks plus a single trundle, and a single bed in the 4th bedroom, with a family bathroom easily accessed from all bedrooms.

Outside. Explore the many boardwalks and coastal trails to discover the town's beautiful natural surroundings. Wander down the kid-friendly Screw Creek Nature Walk to explore the marshlands, which lead to gorgeous views of Anderson Inlet. For a bit of fresh sea air, stroll along the cliffs of the George Bass Coastal Walk or get the legs pumping on Victoria's only coastal rail trail, the Bass Coast Rail Trail.
