Bathrooms & laundry - Downstairs - 1 x bathroom plus 1 x washer and dryer (no bath), with separate toilet. Upstairs - 1 x family bathroom (no bath). Outside - Entertain family and friends on the 1st floor, expansive wraparound deck, complete with gas BBQ and outdoor dining table, overlooking the tranquil gardens and watch the children playing. There is an outdoor shower for those sandy beach days and all a short drive from the beautiful beaches, shops, pub, cafes and restaurants. Plenty of off-street parking for cars and a boat.
Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.
This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
