Upstairs: Comprising of 2 spacious bedrooms (accommodating 4 guest), main kitchen with marble benches, open plan lounge / dining, balcony complete with gas Bbq and outdoor dining.
Downstairs: The perfect teenager retreat, including kitchenette and bathroom. This area has a separate entrance and no internal access to upstairs. The teenagers will love it. Complete with 1 x single bunk & 1 x tri-bunk (accommodating 5 guests) There is room for 7 off street cars in circular drive.
Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.
This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
