The kitchen and living room have direct access to an expansive rear deck, making BBQs and outdoor dining a breeze.
The bedrooms and bathrooms: Three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. The ground floor bedroom offers a queen size bed and BIRs, with another 2 bedrooms located upstairs together with the family bathroom. The first of the delightful attic style bedrooms provides a double bed with an electric fan, while the third bedroom sleeps 3 guests in single bunks and a single bed. This bedroom is ideal for children, featuring a TV and split system heating and cooling. A second toilet is located downstairs adjacent to the laundry.
Walk less than 1km to the coastline national park, the general store at the much loved Number 16 ocean beach, or a quieter option at Dimmicks ocean beach. A morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the front veranda or rear deck is the perfect way to start or end the day in this picturesque environment. There is under cover parking provided for 2 cars.
