The bedrooms and bathrooms; Four bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. There are 2 queen size bedrooms, another 2 bedrooms offering single bunks, a central family bathroom, plus an additional toilet and shower adjacent to a laundry.
Outside; Absolute prime position located just a short stroll from the beach and coastal walking track. The fully fenced back yard features outdoor dining, a weber BBQ and an outdoor sink for the fishermen to clean up. There is carport parking for 2 cars and driveway space for a boat or jet ski, with several local boat ramps just a short distance away.
Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.
