Well-appointed entertainers’ kitchen, featuring all Blanco appliances, including a 900mm 5-burner gas cooktop, electric oven, convection microwave, espresso coffee machine, and dishwasher. Loads of dining options including an 8-seat dining table, extensive stone breakfast bench breakfast bench with seating, and adjoining weather protected outdoor dining. Two separate living rooms, offering smart TV’s, cosy furnishings, DVD players, and books and games. The outdoor kitchen overlooks the pool and flows seamlessly from the indoor living. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with gas plumbed BBQ, sink, bench space, bar fridge, and outdoor furniture.

The bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, accompanied by 5 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms including a luxury ensuite, plus a 3rd toilet/powder room. There are TVs in 4 of the bedrooms, electric blankets in 3 bedrooms, and ample clothes storage.

Outside. Offering the best of outdoor living for all seasons. Bi fold louvre doors let the sun in or keep the cool out, allowing year-round enjoyment. The fully fenced rear yard offers total poolside privacy, big sunlounges, and an outdoor shower for beach days. The cosmopolitan Dromana township and beautiful beaches are all within walking distance. Off street parking provides room for 4 cars, or 2 cars and a car with boat trailer. The pool is not heated. Strictly no parties, no groups under 25. Guests are required to complete a booking form, and license ID and credit card details are required prior to property access.
