The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as a spacious dining table for 8. The adjoining living room exudes the laid-back beach Mornington Peninsula vibe, with split-system evaporative cooling and heating for year-round comfort. Enjoy the seamless indoor to indoor outdoor entertaining complete with exquisite uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay. During those colder months, light up the fireplace and enjoy some quiet, interrupted time in the reading nook downstairs.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Accommodating up to seven guests, the home features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The two bedrooms downstairs, accompanied by a walk-in shower and toilet off the equipped laundry, host one queen and one tri-bunk respectively, making it a perfect space for families. The master bedroom on the second level boasts both an inviting style with a queen bed, and ensuite with a separate bath + shower.
Outdoor Space Perfect for all year entertaining, this property features both expansive outdoor entertaining, as well as large grassy knoll for outside sporting activities. Watch the kids play in the grass as you enjoy the exquisite sunsets over Port Phillip Bay. Finally, in the downstairs garage, this property has a ping pong table that Guests are welcome to use during their stay. This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
