The Kitchen and Living Room The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas are perfect for socializing and relaxing together. The modern kitchen features electric cooking, a Miele oven, a coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher, bench seating, and an adjacent 6-seat dining area. Relax in the living room with a smart TV, a coonara wood heater (wood provided), split-system air conditioning, and the warmth of solid timber floors throughout.
The Bedrooms and Bathrooms The home includes three beautifully presented bedrooms: two with queen beds and ceiling fans, and a third with two single beds. Each bedroom offers a garden view and is complemented by a full-sized modern bathroom and two additional toilets.
Outside Enjoy expansive outdoor living and dining areas, ideal for any season. The large backyard is great for children to play while parents unwind outdoors after a day at the beach. The home is conveniently close to the beach and local attractions in Inverloch. The Inverloch Surf Beach, extending from the sandy Point Norman to Wreck Creek near Flat Rocks, is popular with all ages and is patrolled by the Inverloch Surf Lifesaving Club during peak times.
