Fabulous Port Welshpool country escape, offering stunning views across the Strzelecki Ranges. Relax in secluded privacy, surrounded by nature and local wildlife. This beautiful property features open plan family friendly living, with a huge adjoining veranda inviting alfresco dining with a magnificent outlook. Accommodating up to 9 guests and located just a short distance from Port Welshpool beach, the long jetty pier, Agnes Falls, and the Port Welshpool and Great Southern Rail walking tracks. The property is set upon 5 acres, surrounded by neighbouring farms and no close neighbours!

The kitchen and living room.

Well-designed open plan living, offering the comfort of cosy leather lounges and the warmth and ambience of a woodfire coonara. The indoor living seamlessly adjoins a big country style veranda, suitable for casual relaxation during all seasons. The kitchen is filled with natural light and features electric cooking, microwave, dishwasher, a coffee machine, and adjoining dining room. There is no WIFI available however there are approximately 200 DVDs available.

The bedrooms and bathrooms.

Three well appointed bedrooms, a family bathroom, plus an ensuite, comfortably accommodate 2 families or 3 couples. There is a TV and split AC in the master bedroom, and electric heaters available for the other bedrooms.

Outside.

Wallabies, deer, rosellas, cockatoos and occasionally a wedgetail eagle call this cottage backyard home. The garden is filled with seasonal fruit trees, truffles, nut trees, and 2 beehives (away from the house). Winnie the cow will ask for carrots and trot along her fence line as you walk around the property. Please note there are electric fences and house rules to guide you safely through your stay here.

Strictly No parties

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
