Loads of off-street parking for cars, boats, and jet skis. 500m walk to the Eildon pondage, and just moments to the boat ramp. Summer never looked so good.

Kitchen and Living Room: This nearly new family holiday home boasts a spacious, modern kitchen equipped with 900mm 5-burner gas cooktops, an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a convenient butler’s pantry. The large 8-seat dining table is perfect for family meals. The open-plan layout features a central lounge area with a generous corner suite, smart TV, and central heating throughout. Enjoy seamless access to the outdoor undercover dining area and BBQ space, as well as a fully fenced rear yard where children can play safely. Additionally, there is a second living/playroom, offering a dedicated retreat space for kids. WIFI is available at the property, however is dependent on the service signal in the area.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The home includes five bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, making it ideal for 2-3 families. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and a full ensuite bathroom. There is a second queen bedroom with its own TV, along with three bedrooms furnished with single bunk beds. The family bathroom includes a separate bath and shower, and there is an additional separate toilet for convenience.

Outside: This property is perfect for a family getaway, offering abundant amenities right at your doorstep. The backyard is equipped with plenty of play equipment for children, and the expansive Eildon swimming pool is conveniently located directly across the street. There is secure off-road parking available for boats or jet skis. If you’re not out enjoying the spectacular Lake Eildon, there’s a wealth of activities to explore in the surrounding region.
