The dining and living areas seamlessly extend through large glass sliding doors to an elevated, covered deck. This outdoor space is perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, complete with a BBQ, dining table, and outdoor lounge. It provides a wonderful setting to relax with a glass of wine while keeping an eye on the children playing.
The home’s four well-appointed bedrooms offer both comfort and privacy. Each room is equipped with modern amenities, including reverse cycle heating and air-conditioning to ensure a restful sleep year-round. The master suite is a spacious retreat featuring a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a cozy double bed, while the third bedroom, ideal for children or extra guests, includes a tri-bunk bed. The fourth bedroom also features a queen bed.
In addition to the master ensuite, the home includes a family bathroom with a standalone bath and a combined bathroom/laundry with a separate toilet downstairs.
The outdoor area is designed for entertainment, featuring a pizza oven, in-ground trampoline, and basketball ring. The garage on the same level is equipped with a table tennis table and a TV. The property is best suited for children over five years old due to the steep rear stairs. For added convenience, there is a hot shower in the front yard, perfect for rinsing off after a beach visit.
