Privately set back on a large, fully fenced block, and featuring all the charm of childhood seaside holidays. Accommodating up 12 guests, the home is ideal for 2-3 families. The front yard provides plenty of off-street parking for cars or jet skis. Short stroll to local shops. Bond is required.

The kitchen and living room. The central kitchen is fully equipped for 12 guests, offering an electric stove and oven, 2 fridges, a Miele dishwasher, and featuring an original wood fire stove, ideal for cosy winter nights! The rear veranda has been fully enclosed into a breakfast dining room, while the main lounge room has an additional dining table. On cooler evenings, enjoy the cosiness throughout the home from the wood fire in the main lounge, with the sound of the sea in background! Wood is provided for the fireplace.

The bedrooms and bathrooms. Four spacious bedrooms and a central family bathroom accommodate up to 12 guests in a fabulous coastal location. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed and a single bed, there are 2 sets of bunks in the 3rd bedroom, and 2 single beds in the 4th bedroom. The family bathroom has a separate bath and shower, and a separate toilet.

Outside. Fabulous location, directly opposite Beautiful Capel Sound beach and its colour beach houses. Bring your bikes and ride the off-road foreshore track, under a canopy of native trees. Walk to the general store, bottle shop, and local restaurants, all just 200metres away. The huge private yard is fully fenced, making this property ideal for kids. There is plenty of parking for cars and jet skis, please note if you bring a boat trailer, the width of the gate is 2.5metres.

Strictly No parties

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
