The stylish living room has comfortable lounges, a smart TV with Foxtel and Netflix, split system AC, and direct balcony access. Downstairs there is a great space for kids to relax and watch TV in a semi open air room under the front verandah.
The bedrooms and bathrooms.
Three elegant bedrooms, each with a queen bed, ceiling fans, electric heating, built in robes, and garden or balcony access. The spacious bathroom has a double vanity and there are 2 toilets.
Outside.
Weeroona House is located just a few minutes’ drive away from the Rye beach and foreshore, Rye Ocean beach, great golf courses, and peninsula hot springs. The fully fenced yard is great for kids and there is secure off-street parking for 3 cars. Plenty of outdoor living options in the rear yard and the front balcony. Relax on the balcony and watch the sky change colour following a day at the beach. The BBQ is gas plumbed. Don’t forget to inquire about bringing your furry friend!
