The kitchen and living room conveniently offer direct access to the wide pergola and outdoor living.
The bedrooms and bathrooms: Four bedrooms accommodating up to 8 guests. The large master bedroom features a queen bed, couch/retreat area, ensuite, walk in robe and a TV. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and BIRs while the fourth bedroom provides 2 large single beds and BIRs. The family bathroom offers a separate bath and shower, the toilet is located separately from the bathroom. All linen and bath towels are provided. BYO beach towels!
The fully fenced rear yard is ideal for children to play securely. BBQ all year round under the ample sized pergola, complete with outdoor seating and dining, the generous size gas BBQ, a trampoline, and a big brick fire place. There is even an outdoor sink for the fishermen to clean their catch! The beautiful local foreshore is just 300 metres away and the local shopping centre is a 600 metre walk. There is off street parking available.
