The bedrooms and bathrooms: This property is fabulous for 3-4 families to escape to the seaside, sleeping up to 18 guests in 5 bedrooms. The ideal kids’ room has 2 tri bunks, each with a double trundle bed, sleeping 10 in total. Each bunk comprises a double bed and a single on top, and a double pull-out trundle bed. There are 2 queen bedrooms, each with built-in robes, while the 4th bedroom on the ground floor has a king-size bed which can be split into 2 king singles. The queen size master bedroom with ensuite is upstairs, with a separate powder room. The family bathroom and 3rd toilet are both downstairs.
Outside: Absolute prime position located just metres away from beautiful family-friendly Tyrone beach, the boat ramp, and the coastal walking track. Landscaped gardens feature mature fruit trees, green lawns, outdoor dining, and a gas BBQ. Secure driveway parking for up to 4 cars, and walking distance to the Rye carnival, the pier, and wining and dining precinct.
Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.
