Summer will be spent relaxing on the huge timber deck entertaining or just unwinding in the peaceful surrounds. A second living/rumpus room is located downstairs, with a second television, DVD and fold out double bed and two seater sofa in a cool double brick environment, ideal to escape the Summer heat. Split system heating and cooling keep upstairs cool in Summer and gas heating for year round comfort.

The Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

Treeside Retreat can sleep up to 8 people with 3 oversize bedrooms upstairs all with built in robes and separate bathroom and toilet. The downstairs rumpus room features a second television and DVD and can accommodate a further two guests with a fold out double sofa, separate shower, toilet and laundry.

Outside: This fully fenced spacious property has two double carports with enough parking space to bring the boat and plenty of grass for the kids to run around. Rye is a highly sought after holiday destination featuring stunning family friendly beaches and close proximity to cafes, shopping, and the famous Mornington Peninsula wineries, golf courses and restaurants.
