Bedrooms and Bathroom;
Two bedrooms each featuring a double bed, built in robes, ceiling fans, and sea views from the first bedroom. The family bathroom offers a separate bath, shower and toilet.
Outside;
Enjoy a touch of coast and country on a secluded treed location with the beach just minutes away. The rye football reserve is just 100 metres away and the steep driveway is great for a power workout! Parking for 2 cars under the double carport. There is plenty of yard for your pooch to sniff around or alternatively the stunning foreshore walking track is 450 metres down the road.
Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.
This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
