Contemporary, fully equipped kitchen comprising stone bench tops, an electric induction stove, dual dishwasher, a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, an expansive breakfast bar, plus a large dining area. Easy living family friendly floorplan provides open spaces for smooth interaction between the kitchen, dining and living rooms, maximising the amazing views. Relax in the newly furnished comfortable living space, with the warmth of a Coonara wood fire on the cooler evenings, split system AC, balcony access, and always the spectacular marina and lake backdrop.

The bedrooms and bathrooms.

Five beautifully appointed bedrooms, ideal for 2-3 families to share this fabulous getaway. The queen size master bedroom has balcony access, an ensuite, walk in robe, split system AC, and a lounge retreat. The second & third bedrooms have queen beds, split System AC, robes, and a shared balcony. The fourth and fifth bedroom each sleep 3 guests in tri bunks. The family bathroom features a double vanity and there is a separate powder room.

Outside.

The Tree House is amazing, however there is so much to do outside! Relax or BBQ on the balconies, launch your boat at the Marina Ramp, take a bush walk, or stroll a few minutes down the hill to dine at El Lago bar and restaurant. Eildon is for all seasons! Private driveway access, secluded location, and boat parking is available behind the house. Fire wood is available. No groups under 25, photographic ID is required. No Pets.
