The galley-style kitchen has an electric stove and oven, a microwave, coffee plunger, dishwasher, and clothes washing machine. A self-contained downstairs flat offers a kitchenette with a bar fridge, electric hotplate, sink, and a dining table. The adjoining living room features a TV, electric heating, sea views, and direct access to the undercover front porch.
The bedrooms and bathrooms; Each bedroom has north-facing views of Port Phillip Bay. The upstairs master bedroom features a king-size bed, a TV, an electric heater, and direct balcony access. The second bedroom sleeps 3 quests in tri bunks with a queen size base. The third bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and an electric heater and is located on the ground floor within the separate flat. All linen is provided, BYO beach towels!
A bathroom and separate toilets are located on each level.
Outside; Sensational views across Port Phillip Bay to the Melbourne skyline, shipping channel, and endless sunsets. Soak up the sun or BBQ and dine on the wide balcony which is easily accessed from the upstairs living rooms. The generous size yard is set safely back from the road and features shady trees and parking for 2-3 cars. The Mt.Martha township is just e few minutes’ drive along the Esplanade and the Martha Cove marina is a few minute's drive in the other direction.
