Three bedrooms, a family bathroom and a second toilet provide ample comfort for up to 9 guests. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, a ceiling fan and a TV. The second bedroom accommodates up to 3 guests in tribunks, while the third bedroom sleeps 4 guests in 2 sets of single bunks.
Fabulous outdoor living featuring a huge modular lounge suite set on the spacious timber deck under the shade of a stunning mature tree. Privately set behind a secure fence creating a safe environment for children. The rear courtyard offers BBQ and outdoor dining facilities, all easily accessed from the kitchen and dining. There is driveway parking for 2 cars plus additional street parking available. Located just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Main street and walking distance to the beach and Mornington pier.
