This delightful home offers plenty on living options for guests to sprawl out in comfort. The open plan kitchen/dining/living room is drenched with natural sunlight and provides a pleasant holiday atmosphere for dining and meal preparation. The kitchen features gas hotplates, an electric oven, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, a central island bench, a dining table and ceiling fans. There is a cosy modular lounge in the living room together with electric heating and a TV. The second spacious living room is located at the rear of the property and provides direct access to the undercover outdoor living area. This section of the house is ideal for guests to relax either indoors or outdoors with close proximity to each other. The living room features a wide screen TV, spilt system AC and there is Wi-Fi available throughout the home.
The bedrooms and bathrooms;
Four spacious bedrooms comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. There are queen beds in two of the bedrooms, a king size bed in the third bedroom, and single bunks and a single bed in the fourth bedroom. Each bedroom provides a ceiling fan or a portable electric fan for additional comfort. The central family bathroom has a shower, vanity, hairdryer and a toilet, and there is a second toilet adjacent to the bathroom. A porta cot is available upon prior request (BYO cot linen).
Outside; BBQ and dine on the rear deck with a fire pit close by for some added atmosphere. The Rosebud beaches have fine white sand and clear blue shallow water with plenty of sand bars for kids to play.
Bring your runners and bikes and follow the off road tracks for miles in either direction. There is off road parking for 2-3 cars.
