The kitchen and living room; Family friendly open plan living, offering direct access to the balcony and outdoor dining area. The newly renovated kitchen features a gas stove, gas and electric ovens, a dishwasher, coffee plunger, microwave and adjacent dining area. The cosy lounge is complete with split system AC, a widescreen TV and views across the treetops.
The bedrooms and bathrooms; Skippers Retreat sleeps up to 8 guests and is ideal for families to share. There are four bedrooms on the upstairs main living area. The top level has 2 queen size bedrooms, a double bedroom, and a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a bathroom and separate toilet located close by. All linen is provided.
Outside; Elevated balcony views across the surrounding native trees create a relaxed BBQ and dining option to end the day. The front and rear veranda have toddler gates and the back yard is fully fenced for kids and pets to play safely. Please note that pets are only permitted downstairs. There is room for 2-3 cars together with off street parking for a boat or jet ski. Fishermen can take advantage of the outdoor sink in the back yard and prepare your catch for the BBQ.

This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
