Privacy, tranquillity, and incredible water views are the cornerstone of this unique property comprising two houses for extended family, each with large entertainment decks.

The charming 2-bedroom cottage with wrap around deck enjoys views across Western Port Bay and features a cosy lounge room, full kitchen breakfast bar and dining area and a bathroom where the bathtub has seas views. Alongside the cottage is a second contemporary house with an expansive open concept kitchen dining and living area opening to the entertainment deck overlooking the water, there is also a bathroom downstairs. The upstairs bedroom is not available to guests.

With direct beach access just steps from the back door, and a private mooring this is a fabulous fishing spot with the property’s title going down to the high-water mark. Outdoor amenities include a fire pit, outdoor dining, a large flat lawn area with kid's play equipment and trampoline, plus kayaks for guest use.

The hidden gem of Tenby Point is just 10-minutes’ drive from the shops and amenities of Grantville township, while the many attractions of San Remo and Phillip Island are a short 20-minute drive away and the beautiful Bass Coast offers scenic coastal drives. In nearby Corinella you’ll find fresh produce and scrumptious eating at La Provincia, The Fig and Bay restaurant, Maccas Farm and Merindah Hill Farm. NOTE; The pool is currently not in use.

This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
