There is plenty of room for the kids to play safely, they even have their own play equipment and cubby house. This sprawling block is fully fenced for your peace of mind and there is loads of room for boats and jet skis to park inside the front gate. Plenty of outdoor living options including sun lounges, outdoor dining, a gas BBQ, a separate wood fire, and a central rotunda.
