The bedrooms and bathrooms;
The three bedrooms are located upstairs and sleep 8 guests in total. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, an ensuite and WIR, a TV and balcony access. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 sets of single bunks in the third bedroom, each bedroom has balcony access. The family bathroom is shared between the second and third bedroom and there is a third toilet on the ground floor. A porta cot is available by prior request.
With stunning beaches, miles of foreshore walking and cycling tracks, the summer carnival, Rye pier, and the local café precinct right at your doorstep you will have loads of daily activities to choose from. BBQ and dine outside in the private courtyard, or walk to the many local restaurants. There is a double garage with internal access plus an additional driveway carpark.
