Outside;

The spacious fully fenced yard is ideal for young families. The outdoor dining and BBQ area are conveniently accessed from the kitchen and provide a relaxing retreat after a day at the beach. There is secure parking inside the front yard for several cars or a boat and jet ski.

Follow the sound of the ocean to the spectacular coastal walking track through the national park or take a stroll to the Number 16 beach general store for a great coffee. The Rye pier and family friendly bay beaches are just a few minutes’ drive away together with beautiful golf courses, fabulous wineries and the peninsula hot springs.
