The kitchen and living room. Fully equipped central kitchen, including expansive stone bench tops, electric cooking, dishwasher, pantry, bench seating, coffee percolator and plunger, and a huge family dining table. There are several stylish lounge options, designed to capture the panoramic views and natural sunlight. Accompanied by cathedral ceilings, contemporary styling, heating & cooling, wide screen smart TVs in each living room, and a seamless transition to the outdoor living and balconies.

The bedrooms and bathrooms. Four beautifully presented bedrooms, complete with comfortable beds, quality linen, and outdoor access from the 3 spacious king/queen rooms. The 4th bedroom accommodates 4 children in 2 sets of bunks, while the downstairs living room sleeps 2 guests in separate fold out couches. There are 2 family bathrooms available, including a spa bath, complimentary quality haircare products, and a third toilet adjacent to the downstairs living room.

Outside. Offering the best of indoor and outdoor living for all seasons. There is plenty of boat parking and guests can swim, fish or paddle from the edge of the property. Launch your boat at Eildon boat ramp and tie up outside the house. Outdoor enjoyment includes the spa, gas BBQ, wood fire BBQ, fire pit, and outdoor seating, all with direct access to indoor living, dining, and kitchen. PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO DIRECT WATER ACCESS AND STAIRS, CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. STRICTLY NO PARTIES – No groups under 25 years of age.
