The family bathroom has a shower and bath, and a separate toilet. A second toilet, shower, and vanity are adjacent to the outdoor living area and can be accessed totally undercover.
Outside; Fabulous undercover outdoor living area, featuring a 10-seat dining table, gas BBQ, plus a kitchenette with an electric stove, sink, and microwave. The fully fenced yard is ideal for kids. There is a double carport plus additional driveway parking for 1-2 cars.
Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.
