The main house accommodates 5 guests while the fully-equipped rear bungalow sleeps another 4 guests. The fully fenced yard has plenty of attractions for the kids while parents can BBQ and relax on the large rear deck. Secure parking for up to 4 cars plus a boat or jet ski.

The kitchen and living room: Open plan living features a central kitchen overlooking the spacious living area. Featuring an expansive central stone breakfast bench with seating, a gas cooktop with an electric oven, coffee machine, a dishwasher, a large fridge, and a microwave. Dining options include gathering around the central family-size dining table or selecting the BBQ and dining on the rear deck. The adjoining living room offers comfortable furnishings, a wide-screen TV, and a cozy coonara wood fire. A second living room is located in the rear bungalow together with a widescreen TV and kitchenette with a minibar fridge, microwave, a sink, kettle, and toaster. There is split system heating and cooling available in the main house and the bungalow.

The bedrooms and bathrooms: The main house accommodates five guests with two queen size rooms, a third bedroom with a single bed, and a trendy family bathroom. Each room offers ceiling fans and BIRs. The rear bungalow sleeps another 4 guests in 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and a shared bathroom.

Perfectly located within easy walking distance to the beautiful Rye foreshore. The colourful gardens are within a fully fenced yard, with loads of activities for kids including a treehouse, swing set, and a trampoline. The BBQ area and large rear deck captures all the afternoon sun and is an ideal position for adults to kick back while the kids play. Secure driveway parking for 3-4 cars or a boat or jet ski. Bring your runners and bikes and follow the off road coastal trail all the way to Dromana.
