The kitchen, dining room & living room – This charming, light filled cottage, with solid timber flooring, open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge-room has everything required for a fun family holiday. There is a covered area to front of the home with a large gas BBQ. Enjoy a glass of wine & relax.
The bedrooms and bathrooms – Bedroom 1 Comprises of 1 x queen bed (2 guests) Bedroom 2 The second bedroom is complete with 1 x single bed and 1 x tri-bunk (4 guests) Bathroom 1 x bathroom at this property, with a bathroom/laundry combo, with separate toilet. There is no bath.
Outside – The lovely large yard is situated on quite a steep terraced block. I do believe it is best suited to children over 5 years of age as there are quite a lot of stairs. There is a great swing set on the top level at the rear of property for children to play and off-street parking for 3 cars tandem.
Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.
This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
