Adjacent to the kitchen lies extended informal dining and living options which feature a wide screen TV, split system heating and cooling, a Coonara wood fire, children’s toys, a desk to place a laptop, and direct access to alfresco dining. A separate formal dining and lounge also features split system heating and cooling, a 75 inch TV, and access to the balcony which overlooks a lush garden.

The bedrooms and bathroom: Copacabana offers a wonderful opportunity for families to get together. Each bedroom offers split system heating and cooling, built in robes, plus an ensuite and WIR in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed plus a single bed and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes tri bunks plus a single bed and can sleep up to 4 guests. The very large fourth bedroom is ideal for a family of five to stay together. This room is furnished with a queen size bed, tri bunks, a small dining table and a separate bathroom. There is a bathroom on each level with the third bathroom featuring a spa bath and separate shower. This family friendly home also provides a porta cot and high chair.

A sparkling solar heated pool, spa, sauna, alfresco dining, and evening meals prepared on the BBQ or outdoor pizza oven combine to create a perfect family getaway. There is a super cool cubby house located in the front garden, plus kids boogie boards and floaties for pool time fun.
